No. 184 was a ladies' hairdressers run by Mrs L E Taunton in 1940. She is also recorded at no. 110 and 185.

Mrs L E Taunton, who ran the hairdressers at numbers 110 and 184, probably lived at no. 185 in 1940. No. 185 was used by a series of builders from the mid C19. Between no. 185 and 186 is access to Bolton & Son, house furnishers who are recorded at no.187 in 1933 & 1940.
