Will of Henry Burgoyne Sharp, 1817

In the Name of God Amen
 I Henry Burgoyne Sharp of Bloomsbury Square London Esquire
 being in health of body and of sound mind and understanding do make
 this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first I
 desire that the Annuity or Yearly Sum of one hundred pounds which
 has been heretofore paid to my Brother John Sharp be continued to be
 regularly paid to him for and during the term of his natural life
 Secondly I desire that my Executor hereinafter named will pay to Sarah
 Susannah GOODISON the sum of Money equal to the value of 50? eighth?
 three Per Cent Consolidated Annuities and three Per Cent Reserved? Stock as
 shall be due? to her from me at the time of my decease I give to my
 Son Lockyer Sharp Esquire and my Daughter Eliza LOVEDAY All my Books[?]
 to be divided equally between them the rest and residue of my Estate both
 Real and Personal whatsoever and wheresoever which I may be possessed
 of at the time of my decease I direct desire and bequeath to my Daughter 
 Eliza LOVEDAY Wife of Douglas Charles LOVEDAY of Bloomsbury Square
 aforesaid And lastly I do constitute & appoint the said Douglas Charles LOVEDAY 
 Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have
 hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of August 1813

 Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have

 Pearce Parson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Douglas Charles
 LOVEDAY Esquire the sole Executor to whom admon was granted having been
 first sworn duly to administer
